3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Basic Uses:

Wind-Lok Sot Panels are used for wide

overhangs and ceilings on porches,

breezeways, carports and patios. The

panels may be used for both residential and

commercial buildings.

Composition & Materials:

Standard Oerings: Panels are roll-formed from

.019, .024 or .032 Aluminum. Panels may be

solid (MPS120) or vented (MPV120).

Sizes and Proles:

The panel width is 12”. Standard length is

12’-0”. Special lengths are available, with 8’-0”

minimum.

Colors & Finishes:

In the .032 Aluminum, a choice of 30 colors

is available in a KYNAR 500

PVDF or HYLAR

5000

PVDF nish. (Request color chart or

chips). An anodized nish is available in clear

or dark bronze (non-vented only). The .024

Aluminum is available in white polyester nish

only. .019 Aluminum is available in 5 polyester

nish colors: Black, Antique Ivory, Cream,

Bronze and Royal Brown and Bone White in a

KYNAR 500

PVDF or HYLAR 5000

PVDF nish.

On MPV vented sot, the open area is 19.7

square inches per lineal foot.

5. INSTALLATION

The patented “hook, pull and fasten” system

allows for quick and easy installation. The

special lock prevents slipping of the panel. No

fasteners are visible after proper installation.

6. AVAILABILITY & COST

Availability:

Wind-Lok sot panels are readily available

through ATAS product distributors. A

complete line of related components and

trim accessories is available to complete

the project. Flat sheet and/or coil stock in

matching color is available for fabrication

of related components by the installing

contractor.

7. WARRANTY

Products coated with a uoropolymer, KYNAR

500® PVDF or HYLAR 5000® PVDF nish carry

a thirty (30) year limited warranty against

cracking, peeling, chalking and fading.

8. MAINTENANCE

Wind-Lok Sot panels are virtually

maintenance free. Surface residue may be

easily removed by conventional cleaning

methods. Minor scratches may be touched

up with a matching paint, available from the

manufacturer.
